1. Where can I buy tickets?

Tickets can be purchased at the ticket office and electronically via our website at http://behappymuseum.com/bilety

2. Do you need to print the ticket?

This is not required. You can present the ticket in an electronic version on your mobile device.

3. Can I buy tickets at the ticket office?

Of course, tickets can be bought at the entrance, but we always advise you to buy them online so you will not face queues and avoid delays during your visit.

4. Can I pay by credit card?

Yes, you can pay by credit card.

5. How much are tickets?

6. How long does the visit take?

The visit usually lasts about 60 minutes. 

7. Can you go back to the earlier sections while visiting?

Yes, you can go back. However, some sections may have a limited time at the request of the staff.

8. Can I bring children of all ages?

Children of all ages are welcome at the Be Happy Museum, but due to the specifics of the attractions and exhibits, we ask guardians to pay special attention to their children.

Children under 10 years of age can enter the Museum only in the company of a guardian.

Running is absolutely prohibited.

9. What can you take with you to the visit?

Take a camera or smartphone with a charged battery and lots of free memory with you! Note! Dress nicely, preferably in outfits that will contrast with our scenes, to present yourself best in the shot.

10. What cannot be taken to the visit?

- professional photographic equipment such as lighting and tripods; an SLR camera is of course allowed;

- accessories such as loud speakers, radios etc.;

- Pets;

- Alcoholic beverages,

- Food;

Smoking in the facility is strictly prohibited.

12. Is it possible to eat, drink or buy a souvenir in the restaurant?

Yes, in our premises you can drink delicious coffee and eat a cake. We also have a shop with gifts and sweets from around the world as well as cold beverages.

13. Where is Be Happy Sweet Art & Illusion Museum located?

Our Museums are located in Poland.

Szczecin - al. Papieża Jana Pawła II 3-4  on the first floor.

Zakopane - Krupówki 40 Shopping Centre on the second floor. 

Kraków - Karmelicka 3, 

Warszawa - Shopping Centre Atrium Reduta, Al. Jerozolimskie 148 on the first floor.

 

14. What are the museum's opening hours?

SZCZECIN:
Monday - Thursday: 10 pm-7 pm
Friday, Saturday, Sunday and holidays: 10 am - 8 pm

ZAKOPANE

Monday - Sunday: 10 am - 9 pm

KRAKÓW

Monday - Sunday: 10 am - 9 pm

WARSZAWA

Monday - Sunday: 10 am - 9 pm

 

We also provide premises for schools and organized groups before opening hours, we are flexible in this aspect.

We prefer photo shoots in the morning before opening the attractions.

15. What can you do during the visit?

During the visit, there will be  rooms with dozens of places to take pictures and scenes in the form of illusions.

 

16. Can I take photos?

Of course, photos for personal use is permitted, we encourage you to do so! Show your photos on Instagram or make a cool Tik Tok.

All commercial photography, press interviews, professional photo shoots (with a model, wedding photos, etc.) and product placement shoots require the consent of Be Happy Museum - contact: hello@behappymuseum.com

18. Are the scenes the same in all Be Happy locations?

No, most of the scenes have different scenes that may change from time to time. Be Happy reserves the right to make such scene changes without prior notice to customers.

19. What procedures have been implemented in relation to COVID-19?

Due to the state of the epidemic, we adapted to the sanitary regime. Exhibits and all surfaces are decontaminated more often, we have introduced all necessary procedures to make our employees and visitors feel safe. Detailed procedures for using the Museum and temporary regulations are available at our premises.

1. Can you take off your face masks at Be Happy Museum? 

Yes, but only when taking pictures or filming Tik Tok, provided that there are no other people around.

2. Has Be Happy Museum introduced special security measures and what do they mean? 

Yes. Due to the current situation, we have introduced additional security measures required by the regulations (a detailed list is available in the relevant regulations on site).

3. Can I enter the ball pool? 

No. Due to the current legal regulations, our swimming pools are excluded from direct use.

4. Can I touch and sit on the exhibits? 

Yes, but with some restrictions.

20. Can the ticket be returned?

It is not possible to return a purchased ticket. However, it is possible to change the admission date, but no later than 5 working days before the date of the planned visit and subject to availability of places at a different date.

21. Can I enter the Be Happy Museum with a dog?

Yes, but only with a small dog up to 3 kg, eg Chihuahua. The doggie must be in the hands of the owner.
