19. What procedures have been implemented in connection with COVID-19?

Due to the epidemic, we have adapted to sanitary regulations. Exhibits and all surfaces are disinfected more frequently, and we have introduced all necessary procedures to ensure that our employees and visitors feel safe. Detailed procedures for using the Museum and temporary regulations are available on our premises.

1. Can I take off my mask to take photos at the Be Happy Museum?

Yes, but only when taking photos or filming Tik Toks, and provided that there are no other people nearby. According to the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of April 19, 2020, we can remove our masks if it is necessary to receive a service from a service provider. Therefore, you can temporarily remove your mask while taking photos in our museum. However, you must maintain a safe distance and put it back on after taking the photo. Our service consists of purchasing an admission ticket to the museum, where, in compliance with the relevant safety rules, visitors view the exhibits and take unique photos of themselves in front of them. We also offer individual photo sessions.

2. Has the Be Happy Museum introduced special safety measures and what do they mean?

Yes. Due to the current situation, we have introduced additional safety measures required by regulations (a detailed list is available in the relevant regulations on site). In our museums, we have always ensured proper disinfection and limited the number of people in the attraction at any one time. There is a special system for queuing and restrictions.

3. Can you enter the ball pool?

No. Due to current legal regulations, our pools are closed for direct use. It is forbidden to enter the pool area where foam or balls are located. You can, of course, take photos with them in the background, but you cannot enter the pool area directly. It is permissible to sit on the edge of the pool for proper framing.

4. Can I touch and sit on the exhibits?

Yes, but with certain restrictions. First of all, everyone at the entrance is required to disinfect their hands or wear disposable gloves. Exhibits and items exposed to touch are cleaned and disinfected on an ongoing basis according to an internal schedule. However, we ask that you limit this contact to the minimum necessary to take your photos. It is forbidden to “hang out” in the museum in order to prevent people from gathering in one place.

20. Can I return my ticket?

Purchased tickets cannot be refunded. However, it is possible to change the date of admission, but no later than 5 working days before the planned visit and subject to availability on another date.

21. Can I bring my dog to the Be Happy Museum?
