




Terms and Conditions
By entering the attraction, you accept our terms and conditions.
- The Be Happy Museum is a place where visitors can take photos and videos for their own use against unique backdrops, props, and illusion scenes.
- Please note that we are NOT a playroom, and every child under the age of 13 visiting the museum must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Parents/guardians are responsible for the safety of their children at Be Happy.
- Running is strictly prohibited.
- The premises are monitored to ensure visitor safety.
- Product shoots, commercial shoots, or any product/brand placement are subject to a fee and require separate consent from Be Happy Museum – hello@behappymuseum.com
- You can leave your jackets in the cloakroom, but please take your bags and other valuables with you. We are not responsible for items left in the cloakroom.
- No food or drinks allowed. Chewing gum is also prohibited in the room.
- Due to the hard floor, jumping in the POOL is strictly prohibited. The pool is intended solely as a backdrop for taking photos.
- It is forbidden to damage elements of the scenery and equipment, and it is strictly forbidden to move them. Reindeer must not be touched. Do not hang on exhibits attached to walls, e.g., Donata, Ice Cream.
- The swings located in the attraction are used solely as props for taking photos. Standing on the swings is prohibited. Gentle swinging is permitted only for the purpose of taking photos, so as not to damage the walls.
- For safety reasons, it is not recommended to ride unicorns.
- The staff has the right to shorten the stay of persons who behave aggressively and do not comply with the rules and regulations or the instructions of the staff.
- There is no time limit for visiting the attractions – it takes about 60 minutes on average.
- You are required to be cheerful, smile, and take lots of photos 🙂
EXTENDED TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- All persons entering the premises of BE HAPPY MUSEUM facilities in order to use the attractions are required to read these regulations and comply with their provisions;
- Admission to BE HAPPY MUSEUM facilities is subject to possession of a valid admission ticket. Ticket types are available on the BE HAPPY MUSEUM website. Ticket prices are specified in the price list available on the website https://behappymuseum.com and at the ticket offices of the facilities.
The admission ticket entitles its holder to use all available facilities and attractions throughout their stay at a given BE HAPPY MUSEUM facility on the date indicated on the ticket, but not earlier than the time specified during the ticket purchase process. The admission ticket entitles the holder to a single entry to the premises. Leaving the BE HAPPY MUSEUM premises is considered to be the end of the use of the attractions, and re-entry to the premises is only possible after purchasing a new ticket (an exception to this rule may be made with the consent of the staff and on terms determined by the staff); - Children under the age of 13 visiting the BE HAPPY MUSEUM premises should be accompanied by an adult who undertakes to supervise the child.
- The following is prohibited on the premises of the BE HAPPY MUSEUM:
- Smoking tobacco,
- Consuming alcohol, drugs, or other substances that have similar effects to drugs;
- Bringing or possessing weapons or other dangerous items, including explosives and flammable materials;
- Littering and polluting the premises of institutions;
- Damaging items belonging to BE HAPPY MUSEUM;
- Entering rooms not intended for visitors;
- Bringing large animals, except for small dogs and dogs assisting persons with disabilities;
- Any behavior that may hinder or prevent the use of attractions, including discriminatory behavior and the use of vulgar language;
- Use of roller skates, rollerblades, skateboards, scooters, and other personal transportation equipment on the premises;
- The following persons will not be admitted to the BE HAPPY MUSEUM premises:
- intoxicated, under the influence of drugs or other similarly acting intoxicants;
- Behaving aggressively or otherwise posing a threat to other people or property;
- Possessing the items referred to in point 5;
- An employee of BE HAPPY MUSEUM has the right to demand that a person violating points 5 or 6 of these regulations leave the premises of BE HAPPY MUSEUM immediately. In such a case, the person is not entitled to a refund of the ticket price.
- The tour time is set at 60 minutes, after which the staff has the right to ask you to leave the facility. The attraction is open until the set closing time, but due to the minimum time required for the tour (approx. 60 minutes), the last ticket can be purchased no later than one hour before the end of the attraction’s operating hours. Otherwise, the staff may refuse admission.
- Any person present on the premises of the BE HAPPY MUSEUM bears full responsibility for any damage or destruction caused by their fault or the fault of a person under their care;
- BE HAPPY MUSEUM is not financially responsible for items lost or left on the premises of BE HAPPY, this applies in particular to the cloakroom and designated areas. BE HAPPY MUSEUM provides free, unguarded areas where you can leave your outer clothing and shoes;
- There is a monitoring system on the premises;
- Visitors to the BE HAPPY MUSEUM may take photos and videos for their own use at no additional charge, using unique sets, props, and illusion scenes. Product, commercial, or other sessions that constitute product placement are subject to a fee and require separate consent from the Be Happy Museum. - Separate rules for using specific attractions may apply at the BE HAPPY Museum. In such cases, information about who can use the attraction and any restrictions on its use can be found on information boards and in these regulations.
- Swings – it is forbidden to stand on swings or use them in a manner that endangers other people or property;
- Swimming pool – jumping into the pool is prohibited due to the hard floor, including diving in particular;
- It is forbidden to climb on any exhibits, including the unicorn, dog, and others.
- Be Happy Museum reserves the right to change scenes without prior notice.
