Photo and Video Session Rules

1. Session participants must follow the general rules and these session rules, and comply with staff instructions.
2. The session organiser is fully liable for any damage caused during the session. Any damage must be reported immediately to the person supervising the venue.
3. Moving exhibition elements is not allowed without prior permission from staff.
4. Climbing on, sitting on or jumping onto exhibits, such as the unicorn, the flamingo or the cake, is not allowed. Exceptions are possible only with prior permission from staff.
5. Meals may only be eaten in the designated area.
6. Please leave the venue tidy after the session.
7. Clothes and accessories may only be left in the place designated by the person supervising the venue.
8. Adjusting, moving or switching off the lighting installed in the venue (for example, moving a lamp) is allowed only with permission from the supervising person.
9. Technical trolleys are not allowed on the carpet.
10. High heels (stilettos) are not allowed on the mirrors.
11. Be Happy Museum is not responsible for items left in the venue during the session.
12. The venue is monitored.
13. Commercial shoots, music videos, advertisements and any filming with a crew or camera operator are paid and require prior permission and a quote from Be Happy Museum. An entry ticket alone does not entitle you to commercial activities.
14. Permission applies to the specified project and publication channel. Any other use of the material requires separate permission.
15. The date and hours of the session must be agreed with the location in advance. For sessions without exclusive use, museum guests have priority, and a single set may not be occupied for more than 15 minutes.
